As usual, nobody explains the infinite nature of causation and karma like Bob Thurman, just fanatastic.
Through many buddhist and hindu teachers I became a vegan and gave up drinking, by awakening to the nature of causation/rebirth etc. And it is with a happy heart of kindess, not with any sense of deprivation !! And I was hardcore, the opposite !
If I could that, I am living proof that anyone can.
Again this blog is a huge gift to the world.
